Stakeholder Relationship Management
Our stakeholder relations program, Relationship Advancement Matrix Process or RAMP, provides your organization with a mechanism to effectively and thoroughly assess stakeholder perspectives. Through this program, we ascertain the level and value of existing dialogue with employees and other stakeholders about relevant issues.
The RAMP matrix is a concise action plan detailing specific ways your company can improve stakeholders’ attitudes toward you. RAMP also may be used as “due diligence” in ascertaining public attitudes prior to building in a new community or purchasing as existing facility.
Relationship Advancement Matrix Process
Specifically, RAMP is a way to evaluate the status of relationships with the full range of stakeholders resulting in a mapping process for effective program development with clear and measurable standards. The program focuses on the value of each communications effort rather than the completion of tasks. It is a concise and objective way to evaluate relationships and create site-specific action plans that are measured against corporate goals and industry "best practices."
Because it is a third-party audit, it provides candid, unbiased feedback about existing programs. Ann Green Communications’ RAMP provides a wealth of ideas about how to meet your communications goals.
RAMP is a nine-step process. The first eight are designed to provide initial evaluation, recommendation and action matrix. The ninth is the re-evaluation step.
